Paul M. Gardner M.D., F.A.C.S. is a board certified plastic surgeon and recognized leader in advanced cosmetic surgery procedures. Originally from Sarasota, Dr. Paul Gardner returned to south Florida to focus his practice on the art of aesthetic plastic surgery and has become one of the leading cosmetic surgeons in the state. He has the experience and compassion you want in your surgeon, and works hard to help patients in Naples, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and the rest of southwest Florida get the extraordinary results they desire.

His distinguished medical career began with an appointment as Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at a prestigious academic institution where he worked his way up to Associate Professor with tenure.  Dr. Gardner was trained by and became partners with Dr. Luis Vasconez, a world renowned plastic surgeon who helped pioneer techniques in minimally invasive plastic surgery.  He is now a highly acclaimed plastic surgeon with board certifications in both general and plastic surgery.

Paul  Gardner, M.D. is a member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The American Society of Plastic Surgery, The Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. He has also served on a number of councils and committees both nationally and on the local level.

Dr. Gardner has written and contributed to numerous medical journal articles, participated in the training of plastic surgeons in residency, and taught at national workshops. He is the author of several published manuscripts, book chapters and scientific papers on advanced operative techniques utilized in plastic and reconstructive surgery, including such procedures as the endoscopic forehead lift, abdominoplasty, and breast augmentation.

A passionate humanitarian as well as an accomplished surgeon, Dr. Gardner has traveled throughout various third world countries including Vietnam, Thailand, Peru, Brazil, Honduras, and Bolivia on medical missions for Operation Smile, a charitable organization helping to correct facial deformities in children.
